In addition, you authorize our “Premier Partner” home improvement companies, along with their contractors, employees, agents, and partners, to contact you with home improvement or service offers by telephone call, artificial voice, email, and pre-recorded or text messages, including through the use of automated telephone technology, at the number you provide in the form — even if that number is a mobile number or is currently listed on any state, federal, or corporate Do Not Call list. Your consent and acceptance are not a condition of the purchase of any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.


Changes


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, please stop using the Service. Limitations of Liability

  • (F) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE;
  • (G) ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT BY US OR OUR FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT;
  • (H) ANY OTHER DEALINGS OR INTERACTIONS YOU HAVE WITH ANY SERVICE PROVIDERS (OR ANY OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS) OR PREMIER PARTNERS;
  • (I) ANY COMMUNICATION MADE OR DELIVERED TO YOU BY ANY MEANS AS A RESULT OF INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE IN USING THE SERVICE OR IN REQUESTING A QUOTE.


THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In some jurisdictions, limitations of liability are not permitted; in such jurisdictions, some of the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.


Indemnity

We do not undertake to investigate or confirm the licensure status, competence, or insurance carried by our Premier Partners or any other person or entity to whom you may be referred. If you submit a request for a quote, you agree that you are solely responsible for fully investigating all aspects of any person or entity to whom you may be referred, in order to confirm their suitability for the services you seek and their legal ability to perform them.


We may provide content on the Website, or links to other websites, that include suggestions or similar content relating to home improvement, repair, maintenance, or remediation services or projects.
